An English as a Second Language teacher by trade, I've gained a respect for entrepreneurs over the past few years as I started a freelance English teaching business online in 2021. Being a naturally meticulous person, I began detailed record-keeping of my own teaching business income and learned to organize my finances so I could do my taxes confidently. I love to help small business owners find the same peace of mind in keeping their accounts accurate and organized.

Getting Started
Get set up on Quickbooks Online, or if already using QBO, I'll catch-up and clean-up your books to ensure accurate and organized transaction records.
Monthly Bookkeeping
Track and categorize income and expenses for straightforward reporting and analysis. Additionally, I will perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to flag and address any discrepancies.
Financial Reporting
Generate detailed financial reports including Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets that provide insight into your business performance. You will be able to make informed decisions based on accurate data!

Save time & reduce stress — Many small business owners do their own books, but outsourcing this task can open up hours of time for you to spend growing and managing your business. Maintain accurate records & support growth — Clean financial records and reports ensure you are tax compliant, and they also empower you to make informed, strategic decisions for your business from clear data.

I offer initial set-ups on Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks clean-ups, categorizing and organizing transactions, bank and credit card reconciliation, and monthly financial reports. Optional add-ons: invoicing, receiving payments, bill pay (AR/AP management), posting payroll from a payroll company I do NOT do tax preparations.

Quickbooks clean-ups and catch-ups are priced at $40/hour for the first month. After that, monthly bookkeeping (transaction categorization, bank reconciliation, and financial reports) will be a fixed monthly rate depending on the size of your business and volume of transactions. Additional services such as invoicing, payment collection, bill pay, and posting payroll can be added for an extra fee. We discuss your bookkeeping needs at our consult.
